My younger brother recently passed. I feel his presence around me, within me, and as I hold our memories close, I'm reminded of the value our stories have. Tell yourself your own story. Try to do it without judgement, knowing that in your DNA is a map drawn by every ancestor having navigated this world. Your path is not pre-destined, however. Seeing the wrong turns they made helps to guide you to find your own way. From their struggles, layers of strength and wisdom formed. Begin to see in your lineage, its own special clay. The many beautiful talents they gifted you also, will help you shape the vessel of your life into something that will benefit your kin to come.
